Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Purchasing credits

Our service runs on a credit system. Credits act as access tokens that let you generate and download bills, receipts and invoices. You buy credits in one time packs, and the credits are added to your account as soon as the payment is successful.

2. No cancellation

Once a credit pack is purchased, the order cannot be cancelled. Credit purchases are completed instantly and are treated as final once the payment goes through.

3. Refunds for unsuccessful top-ups

If your payment is debited but the credits are not added to your account because of a failed or incomplete transaction, you are entitled to a refund of that amount. Refunds for such unsuccessful top-ups are processed back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 6 working days.

4. No refund on purchased credits

We do not offer refunds for credits that have been successfully purchased and added to your account. Credits cannot be converted to cash or transferred back to your bank account or card. Because you start with free credits to try the tool and preview your bill before paying, please make sure the service meets your needs before buying a pack.

5. Credits are non-transferable

Credits are tied to the account they were purchased on. They cannot be moved, gifted or transferred to another account or user.

6. Credits do not expire

Purchased credits do not expire. They remain available in your account and can be used at any time for as long as the service operates.

7. Permitted usage

Credits may be used only for generating documents and using features on this platform, in line with our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy. Credits used to generate documents are consumed and are not refundable.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this refund and cancellation policy from time to time. Any changes take effect as soon as they are posted on this page, so please review it whenever you make a purchase.
